Yes... we would simply print your mailing permit number in the postage indices instead of ours. We would ship the mailers to you for delivery to the USPS or deliver them ourselves. If we are bringing your mailers to the USPS, you would need to make sure that the USPS account with your permit number has sufficient postage to cover the mailing. Inform us that you have your own permit number when we give you your initial quote so that we can then deduct the cost of postage from our all inclusive pricing for either a mailed brochure, snap pack mailer or postcard advertising campaign
Of course. We will send your snap pack mailer, brochure or postcard advertisement to any mailing list you supply. We offer NCOA address update if the list is more than 6 months old. We will deduct the cost of your mailing list from our all inclusive pricing in those cases.
We normally suggest that you let us supply the mailing list. We have been targeted direct mail marketing campaigns for 2 decades and are expert in targeted mailings.
Mailer Warehouse accepts all major credit cards, business and personal checks, We accept check by fax/phone. You do not need to mail in actual check. We can create an ACH with faxed or emailed copy of the check.
Credit card orders add a 3.25% processing fee. That is what our credit card merchant services company charges us for card not present transactions.
We ship or e-mail your list the same day funds become available. Usually 24 hours . Lists are emailed in .csv excel format unless otherwise requested.
Postcard and Snap Pack Mailers Orders can be cancelled prior to us starting design work on postcards or downloading mailing list with 100% refund.
Once we have received a signed invoice and started design work on your direct mail advertising campaign but has not yet gone to print there will be a 20% cancellation fee.
Once your brochure, snap pack or postcard proof has been approved by client and gone to print there is a 40% cancellation fee.
If the client's USPS mail permit number is on the postage indices of the mailer, we will ship them back to the client at cost. If our mailing permit number is printed on the mailer, they will be destroyed and recycled upon cancellation of the order
No postcard, snap pack or brochures will be printed without client signing Mailer Warehouse's "OK to Print" form.
  Any orders not printed or printed and not mailed after 180 days will be considered abandoned and cancelled with a 100% cancellation fee. All printed materials will be shredded and recycled. No refunds can be given after mail date.
Mailing Lists: Due to the reproducible nature of mailing and telemarketing lists, no refunds will be given. Replacement credit only. Make 100% sure the criteria on invoice is correct.
We guarantee a 95% deliverable rate on all mailing lists.. Any returns for bad addresses greater than 5% will be replaced free of charge. You must mail us the returns to receive replacements. On mailing and telemarketing lists we deliver via e-mail, disk or other media, no refunds will be given. Please make sure the criteria for your list on invoice is correct.
 We can not 100% guarantee the accuracy of information contained in mailing lists. Some criteria are modelled information and can show variance. We make every attempt to give you the most accurate, up to date and correct information but can not guarantee it.
No changes to mailing list orders can be made after we receive signed invoice and process order.
We can go to print within 72 hours of receiving a signed "OK to Print" form. We normally go back and forth a few times with proofs until we both feel that we have the absolute strongest piece. Once the client signs off on the final proof we print and mail within 48 hours.
We print and mail from South Florida and the time in USPS system depends on where the destination of the mailer is and what class of postage it was sent.
First class postage delivers in 2-4 business days and standard postage delivers in 5-7 business days. We also have the capability to mail our snap pack mailers and brochures from the West coast to cut down on delivery time to any recipients in the Pacific time zone.
We have all inclusive pricing on many of our products but it still depends on the mailing list you choose. Credit driven data and other exotic lists cost much more than a regular mailing list using 3 or 4 demographic criteria.
